We are committed to creating a sustainable ecosystem of organic farming and genuine culinary experiences in northern Chios; a benchmark for the regeneration of our ancestral land and the promotion of time-honored values coupled with the modern outlook of a high-end agritourist destination.
Our efforts are mainly focused on the harmonious coexistence of wine and olive oil—two emblematic goods that live in the heart of every Greek. These timeless symbols and guardians of age-old traditions continue to intertwine in everyday life leaving an enduring mark on the modern world.
As part of our efforts, we help save the old vineyards and olive groves, arrange new plantings, develop sustainability research groups, launch branded products, and make plans for the construction of a boutique-style olive mill and a model farming estate that will offer a fascinating blend of oenophile and agrotourism experiences.
All our projects and initiatives are guided by the principles of sustainability. To ensure the well-being of future generations, we adopt good practices for protecting the natural environment, restoring biodiversity, and respecting the region’s viticultural and olive growing traditions.
Central to our philosophy is that all our actions, services, and products should have a strong territorial identity, expressing the genuine character of the place in which they were created—just like the olive trees and vines that sprouted, took root, and grew here.
In the land of Chios.
In the land of Amades.
